Guidable Inc., (head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masaki Tanabe; hereinafter referred to as “Guidable”) is pleased to announce that it has raised funds from Shigaku No. 2 Investment Limited Partnership (Shigaku Co., Ltd.), SFC Forum No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership (SFC Forum), WAKI Planning, Inc. SocialEntrepreneur3 Investment Limited Partnership (PE&HR Corporation), ARBEIT-TIMES CO.,LTD. and four individuals as underwriters, for a total of 124 million yen raised on May 31, 2022. This brings the cumulative amount of funds raised to approximately 280 million yen*1.
